Partnership will make Razor Labs’ DataMind AI™ predictive maintenance solution available to Wabtec customers through a single technology partner.

SYDNEY, 27 October 2026 – Wabtec Digital Mine and Razor Labs have announced a new partnership to bring advanced predictive maintenance capabilities to mining fleets worldwide. Unveiled at IMARC 2026, the collaboration will see Wabtec offer Razor Labs’ DataMind AI™ solution to its mining customers, helping operators identify potential equipment failures before they lead to costly downtime.

Mining operators often rely on separate systems to monitor fleet safety, operational performance and equipment health, drawing on data from multiple sources. The partnership aims to help bridge this gap by bringing safety and maintenance capabilities closer together, enabling more informed decision-making and improved fleet management.

Wabtec’s technology is already deployed across mining fleets globally, while Razor Labs’ DataMind AI™ is in use at operating mines to support predictive maintenance of haulage equipment. By analysing fleet data to detect developing component faults, the solution helps maintenance teams prioritise interventions, plan repairs more effectively and minimise unplanned equipment downtime.

Through the collaboration, the companies aim to help mining operators improve fleet availability and safety while simplifying access to integrated technology solutions through a trusted partner.

“Innovation is central to how we support our mining customers, and the right partners help us deliver more for them. Razor Labs’ DataMind AI™ predictive maintenance capability complements our offering well, and we see this as the beginning of a collaboration we look forward to growing across a number of initiatives,” said Mitch Tanzer, Global Commercial Director of Wabtec Digital Mine.

Tomer Srulevich, Chief Business Officer at Razor Labs, highlighted the role of data-driven insights in helping maintenance teams make better-informed decisions.

“Mining fleets generate a great deal of information, and it can be difficult for maintenance teams to know where to focus. DataMind AI™ helps with exactly that, bringing together data from across fleet systems to identify which component is developing a fault and what action to take. Wabtec is a respected leader in mining technology, with the trust of many of the world’s largest operators. Together we can bring it to more mining fleets around the world,” he said.

The partnership represents a step towards more connected, data-driven fleet management, combining Wabtec’s established mining technology with Razor Labs’ AI-powered predictive maintenance capabilities to help operators improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
