Integrated Air Solutions supports South African industry as the exclusive regional sales and service partner for ELGi and FS-Elliott and as the local service agent for ABC Compressors. The compressed air system specialist will showcase these top tier air compressor brands at this year’s KZN Industrial Technology Exhibition from 22 – 24 July.
As South Africa’s second largest industrial hub next to Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal is a very important and lucrative market for Integrated Air Solutions. We have been active in the region for several years, providing full product, service and after-market compressed air solutions to a host of sectors including cement, packaging, beverages, steel, and ports & harbours.
While KZN is an ongoing success story for Integrated Air Solutions, the region holds significant untapped potential in the compressed air space. We have a solid installed base of the ELGi medium pressure electric and diesel-driven compressors and our partnership with Spanish manufacturer ABC Compressors, has unlocked new opportunities for us in the high pressure compressed air market segments.
The ABC oil-free machines produce high pressure compressed air to blowing equipment for the manufacture of PET bottles at 40 bar pressure. While ABC holds substantial market share in South Africa’s beverage and packaging manufacturing sectors, only half of this market was previously being serviced by ABC. Integrated Air Solutions, as the appointed local service agent, are able to offer ABC customers service, maintenance and spares as well as machine upgrades to OEM standard.”
Integrated Air Solutions are able to support those ABC customers who also have medium air pressure requirements with FS-Elliott machines as well as ELGi premium electric and diesel-driven industrial screw compressors.
Integrated Air Solutions will be showcasing its ELGi AB range of compressor which is an Oil Free, water injected Screw Air Compressor positioned for oil free requirements where non-contamination is critical.
Integrated Air Solutions are in the process of finalising their Durban operations and have secured 2 exhibition stands at this years’ Trade show. We will be showcasing our rental range of compressors at an outside exhibition stand. Visitors to the exhibition are invited to meet Integrated Air Solutions’ specialist KZN team who will be on hand to share knowledge and advice on the company’s comprehensive compressed air solutions portfolio.
